Diane von Furstenberg

Sometimes a phone call can make your day. Just a simple phone call with pretty basic information: "Diane von Furstenberg is coming to Brussels and she will visit her store. You can come over and meet her". Okay I said! Wow wait a minute, a fashion icon was coming to our small humble country and I would be able to touch her? 

First, let's start with a laudatory speech. Of course I am a huge fan of her feminine collections. Of course I am a fan of her bright intriguing prints. Hello, have you seen my former post? It will speak for itself. But what I love the most is the fact that both my mom and I love her collections. This means that she knows how to dress fashionable women. The cuts are exquisite, the colors are exuberant, the shapes are extraordinary. And above all that, my body reacts extremely happy when I enter her store.  It is as if I am transported to all kinds of settings that her collections are made for: from twirling on a promenade to dancing the night away at an exotic party on a tropical island. Her clothes will guide you and they will not disappoint you.
